3. Archive Pieces & Product Availability

We specialize in curated archive pieces and exclusive drops. Due to the limited nature of our catalog:

  • All items are subject to stock availability. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it.
  • In the rare event that an item sells out simultaneously during checkout, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue an immediate full refund.
  • Prices and product specifications are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Orders & Payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. Payment must be processed in full prior to order dispatch.

Order Changes: Because our warehouse team begins processing orders immediately upon submission, orders typically cannot be modified, edited, or stopped once placed.

5. Shipping, Import Duties & Customs

Shipping transit timeframes provided on our platform are estimates and apply after standard order processing time. Additional shipping conditions include:

  • International Taxes & Duties: For international orders shipped DDU (Duties Delivered Unpaid), you are solely responsible for settling all local customs charges, duties, and administrative taxes upon arrival.
  • Refused Shipments: If a package is returned to us due to unpaid duties, an invalid address, or refusal at delivery, any return transit costs incurred will be deducted from your item refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Returns & Refunds

All returns are governed by our official Return & Refund Policy. Items must be initiated for return within 14 calendar days of delivery, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original With Tags security ribbons and brand tags attached.

7. Intellectual Property

All original imagery, layout designs, copy, graphics, and content featured on this website are the intellectual property of With Tags. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our service or website content without express written permission from us.
