Returns

• You have 14 calendar days from the date your package is delivered to initiate and send back your return.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in the exact condition you received it—new, with tags.
• All items must be returned in their original packaging with all original brand tags intact.

How to Make a Return

UK Returns:

1. Start Your Return: Head to our UK Returns Portal here. Be sure to use the email address associated with your original order.
2. Select Items: Choose the item(s) you wish to return and select a reason from the dropdown menu.
3. Choose Your Courier: Select your preferred drop-off location. All UK return options are completely printer-less—you’ll receive a digital QR code to scan at your local drop-off spot. (Prefer a physical label? You can print one directly from the portal).
4. Ship It Back: Securely package your item(s) and drop off your parcel at your selected carrier location.

Please Note: All return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that original shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable and will be deducted from your final refund total. Customers are also responsible for properly packing and protecting items during transit—we recommend obtaining proof of postage when dropping off your package.

Refunds

• Once your package arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect the item(s) to confirm they meet our return criteria.
• Upon approval, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment, minus the original shipping charges.
• Please allow standard bank processing time for the credit to reflect in your account, depending on your card issuer's policies (typically 5–10 business days).
