Order Processing
Standard order processing takes 1–2 working days prior to dispatch. During large drops or promotional periods, processing may take up to 2–3 working days. You will receive an automated email notification with tracking information as soon as your order has been packed and dispatched.
Pre-Orders: Orders containing a pre-order item will be held and shipped together in full once the pre-order item arrives at our facility. If you require in-stock pieces sooner, please place them as a separate order. Combined orders cannot be split for partial shipment.

Duties & Taxes at Checkout:
- Duties & Taxes Included (DDP): All import charges, admin fees, and local taxes are calculated and paid upfront at checkout. We highly recommend this option for seamless, duty-free delivery upon arrival.
- Duties & Taxes Excluded (DDU): You pay only for base shipping upfront. Upon entry to your country, you will be responsible for settling any local duties, import taxes, and administrative fees directly with the courier prior to package release.

Delivery Terms, Refunds & Conditions
- Original Shipping Fee Deductions: Please note that initial shipping fees paid at checkout are strictly non-refundable and will be deducted from your total refund amount once a return or return-to-sender item is processed.
- Delivery Disputes: Any claims regarding missing or damaged parcels must be submitted to our Customer Care team within 3 days of the marked delivery date. Due to strict courier insurance constraints, claims made past this window cannot be accommodated.
- Next Day Service Guarantee: Priority dispatch services prioritize processing times. While transit usually occurs next business day, overall delivery timelines are subject to external carrier variables (e.g., transit delays, customs holds, or extreme weather events).
- Unpaid Duties & Refused Shipments: If a package is returned to us due to unpaid import duties, taxes, or an invalid address, a refund will be issued for the original items minus original shipping fees and any return transit charges incurred from the courier.
